In July 2004 We decided for expansion to give Mumbai and Thaneties one of the most exclusive place to shop for products mentioned herein for which We bought and owned commercial premises Near Royal Inn Hotel, Castle Mill, L B S Marg, Thane(W)-400601 of Approximately 12000 sq ft. After 29 months of mammoth exercise we inaugurated a dream showroom by honorable  Surendraji Hiranandani (CMD of Hiranandani Construction) in presence of Mr. Rajesh Mehra (CMD of Jaquar & Co) and 1000+ guests invited (Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, etc…) as "Innovation & Upgradation did not stop here to prove ourselves. We renovated our showroom again, on 06th of August 2011 with addition of Space & Products we launched world class boutique for Indian Multinational Artize & Jaquar experience store & world’s super fine Sanitary ware Villeroy & Boch flagship store  in presence of His Excellency Padmashree Dr D Y Patil, Governor of State of Tripura, Guest of Honor Mr Rajeshji Mehra (CMD) of Jaquar & Co. Ltd. & Mr Thorsten Bies (Regional Manager, Asia & Africa, Villeroy & Boch, Germany)
